The Pakistan Alliance for Inclusive Elections (PAIE) is a coalition spearheaded by the Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI), comprising civil society organizations dedicated to promoting electoral inclusivity in Pakistan. PAIE focuses on ensuring that electoral processes are accessible and participatory for all citizens, including marginalized groups such as persons with disabilities, women, and the elderly.
Mission & Objectives
PAIE's mission is to foster an inclusive electoral environment in Pakistan by: Advocating for electoral reforms that enhance accessibility and participation for marginalized communities. Conducting research and assessments to identify barriers to inclusive participation in elections. Engaging with stakeholders, including the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), to implement recommendations for inclusive electoral practices. Raising public awareness about the importance of inclusive elections and the rights of all citizens to participate in the democratic process.

PAIE brings together a network of civil society organizations committed to inclusive electoral processes, the coalition operates under the leadership of CPDI and collaborates with various stakeholders to achieve its objectives.
