Climate Change: Impacts, Adaptation and Mitigation

Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time. As per the Germanwatch Global Climate Risk Index, Pakistan ranks 8th most vulnerable country to the impacts of climate change. With its diverse landscapes and varying climates, Pakistan is particularly vulnerable to these changes. To effectively tackle this issue, it is crucial that we equip our future leaders, policymakers, and innovators with the knowledge and tools needed to comprehend the science of climate change and develop sustainable solutions.

This two-week course is designed to facilitate that process. It provides a structured framework for each day of the training, covering a wide range of topics such as the fundamentals of climate change, its local and global impacts, adaptation and mitigation strategies, and the policy framework both in Pakistan and globally.

After confirmation, you shall be provided with a Fee Challan through email for fee submission. Deposit the fee online or via a bank branch and reply to the email with the payment receipt.
