The project envisages cast effective communication strategy through utilizing local professional groups. Local professional groups include barber associations/groups, community organisations, water user associations, private schools associations, clerk unions, bar associations, and unions of journalists. These professional groups are mandated to work for the wellbeing of fellow group’ members and have valuable knowledge of the local socio-economic systems. This knowledge can be capitalized on through networking, if members of these groups are mobilized and convinced of utility of the civic awareness messages.
