Govt plans to unveil budget 2018-19 in second week of May

Russian inflation slows to 2.2pc y/y in Jan

MOSCOW: Russia’s consumer price index (CPI) rose 2.2 percent in January in year-on-year terms after rising 2.5 percent in the previous month, the statistics service said on Wednesday. Month-on-month inflation was at 0.3 percent from 0.4 percent in December.
